NAO HIRASAWA

President & CEO

Formed Arch Inc. after working for a number of years at Bandai Visual(Known as "Bandai Namco Arts" now), Production I.G, and Ultra Super Pictures. Having worked such positions as a head of legal affairs and a producer, he has knowledge about not only the management of domestic rights of intellectual properies, he also knows much about contracts relating to the development of properties overseas.
Some works he has produced include Neko ga Kureta Marui Shiawase, ID-0, BBK/BRNK, the Monster Strike anime, She and Her Cat -Everything Flows-, Ultra Super Anime Time, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, and Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne.

TETSUSHI SUZUKI

Producer / Product planner

Producer and product planner. Joined Arch after working at Broccoli and Production I.G. Aside from his experience in creating licenses for animation works, he also has experience in planning and producing home video packages, goods, CDs, and card games.
Past works he has been involved in include B: The Beginning, CYBORG009 CALL OF JUSTICE, Amanchu!, Ghost in the Shell: The New Movie, Attack on Titan, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Kick-heart, Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne, BLOOD-C, and Di Gi Charat Winter Garden.

TAKUYA SEJIMA

Creative director

A creative director with past history working at Madra Publishing and 1→10 Design. Aside from producing plans for collaborations between intellectual properties and other businesses, he has provided creative and art direction for anime works.
Some of the works he has been involved with in the past include Aldnoah.Zero, BBK/BBRNK, and Re:CREATORS.

YUKIE ABE

Producer

With years of experience in varies kind of media production such as CM, PV, MV. Previous workplace including AMUSE INC., Creek and River Co., Ltd., GEAR CHANGE Co.,Ltd. and Genco before joining Arch.
Recently she has been involved in Anime production for theater and TV series as the role of producer.
Master in DCM of Digital Hollywood University.

KARIN YOSHIDA

Producer

Formerly worked for the Marui Group for ten years involved in the department store's new anime business at both the physical stores and online. She began the anime business department, holding over 300 sales events a year related to anime. She was involved in the management of events, employee education, web marketing, social media promotion, as well as the development of goods. She was also the member in charge of the original project Neko ga Kureta Marui Shiawase.
She has experience in the development of communication plans and CRM service, commercial production, and the creation of organization systems for memberships and remaining stock for the company's online shopping service.
She has completed her MBA at Globis University Graduate School of Management.

JACK LAU

Assistant producer

Graduated from School of Art and Design of University of Tsukuba. Born in Hong Kong. Can speak fluent Japanese, English, and Chinese. He decided to study abroad in Japan due to his love of anime and manga since he was in middle school, and dreamed of being involved in the industry. He experienced working at an IT venture company, as well as anime and music production companies after graduation. He mainly works in international business. Some of his past work includes the creation fo iMusicTech Limited. the live tour of virtual singer "IA," and the live tour "PARTY A GO GO" in Hong Kong in Shanghai.

JUN KATO

Technical advisor / PhD (Information Science and Technology)

Gained a Ph.D. in Information Science and Technology from Dept. Computer Science, The University of Tokyo in 2014. Received many academic awards for his achievements in proposing interactive user interfaces and integrated development environments for creators.

Prior to graduation, he gained research fellowships for young researchers from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science and Microsoft Research Asia and also worked for Microsoft Research and Adobe as a research intern.

He joined Arch in 2018 as a technical advisor, and continues to work as a senior researcher at National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.

RYOTARO MIHARA

Global Business Advisor / DPhil (Oxon)

Ryotaro Mihara is a sociocultural anthropologist and Lecturer in International Management at the School of Finance and Management, SOAS University of London. He acquired his doctoral degree in 2017 from the University of Oxford (Anthropology).

His research focuses on the globalisation of creative industries, with a special emphasis on Japanese animation. Prior to holding his current position, he pursued an academic and professional career in the creative industries sector as one of the founding members and Deputy Director of the Creative Industries Division of Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, as a Senior Visiting Researcher at the Keio Research Institute at SFC, and as a Lecturer at the School of Global Japanese Studies, Meiji University. He joined Arch in 2018 as a global business advisor.

His works include Haruhi in USA: A Case Study of a Japanese Anime in the United States (Tokyo: NTT Publishing, 2010).
