Joined Arch in April 2018 after working at Broccoli and Production I.G. President and Representative Director since April 2020.
Aside from his experience in creating licenses for animation works, he also has experience in planning and producing home video packages, goods, CDs, and card games.
Recently in charge of the Sound connects to the time back then and the Future., "The Tunnel to Summer, the Exit of Goodbyes", YUREIDECO, AzurLane: Slow Ahead!, TRIBE NINE, Miru Tights, and more. Main works he has been involved in in the past include B: The Beginning, CYBORG009 CALL OF JUSTICE, Amanchu!, Ghost in the Shell: The New Movie, Attack on Titan, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Kick-heart, Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne, BLOOD-C, and Di Gi Charat Winter Garden.

NAO HIRASAWA

CEO

Formed Arch Inc. after working for a number of years at Bandai Visual (Known as "Bandai Namco Filmworks" now), Production I.G, and Ultra Super Pictures. Having worked such positions as a head of legal affairs and a producer, he has knowledge about not only the management of domestic rights of intellectual properties, he also knows much about contracts relating to the development of properties overseas.
Some works he has produced include The Journey, Promare, Neko ga Kureta Marui Shiawase, ID-0, BBK/BRNK, the Monster Strike anime, She and Her Cat -Everything Flows-, Ultra Super Anime Time, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, and Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne.
2019.04.01 he became Managing Director of Graphinica, Inc., 2019.12.07 Managing Director of Yamatoworks, Inc.,2020.07.01 Managing Director of YUMETA CO.,LTD.

NORIAKI MORIO

Director / Founder

Joined G-MODE Corporation in 2005 and launched Open Social business.
Founded Applica Inc. in 2010, quit in 2014. In the same year he became CEO of Mustache Inc.
Formed Arch Inc. in 2017, taking office as director.
He is director of several companies and working as producer, corporate planner, contents and system developer, international business developer and many more.
Contributed to "Keitai Hakusho" in 2008, 2009, and 2010. His main works are apps for "Resident Evil", "The Great Yokai War", "Shinsho Reisen Amaterasu", "Eagle Talon", "Ultra Man", "Shin Chan", and more. The total count of downloads reached over 10 million.
In 2021, he founded Toonworks Co., Ltd., a company specializing in webtoon, and served as representative.

YOICHI KATO

Part-time Director

As a student he debuted as broadcast writer, shifting to Anime in the early 2000s. He did the scenario and series composition for many popular Anime such as "Aikatsu!", "Yo-kai Watch!" "City Hunter the Movie: Shinjuku Private Eyes" or "Space Brothers". He did not only write the story for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games mascots Miraitowa and Someity, but also games and theatre plays – he is active in any genre. Since 2015 he is CEO of PLUS ONE, Inc., since 2020 member of the board of ARCH.

HIROYUKI OGAWA

Producer

He is the oldest.
After graduating, he moved from place to place as a live-in worker before joining Disk Union in 1988. Through his work at HMV, Tower Records, and other record stores, he was involved in financing movies and tie-ins. This led him to working for ASMIK ACE, INC., United Cinemas, Jupiter Telecommunications Co., Ltd., Shochiku Co., Ltd., and Shochiku MediaWorX Inc. At ASMIK ACE, INC., he was in charge of music tie-ins such as "Norwegian Wood," "Tetsuo: The Bullet Man," and "Solanin," as well as music video production and live viewings for Utada Hikaru and SEKAI NO OWARI. At Shochiku, he worked on a wide range of projects, from the post-production of Martin Scorsese's "Silence" to Kabuki-related productions, government promotion, and hot spring videos as his hobby.

YUKIE ABE

Producer

With years of experience in varies kind of media production such as CM, PV, MV. Previous workplace including AMUSE INC., Creek and River Co., Ltd., GEAR CHANGE Co.,Ltd. and Genco before joining Arch.
Recently she has been involved in Anime production for theater and TV series as the role of producer.
Master in DCM of Digital Hollywood University.

JUN KATO

Technical advisor / PhD (Information Science and Technology)

Jun Kato received a Ph.D. from The University of Tokyo (2014). He works on Human-Computer Interaction research, more specifically, designing user interfaces and integrated environments for creativity support. He has regularly gained academic recognitions such as Honorable Mentions at ACM CHI (2013, 2015, 2023) and IPSJ/ACM Award (2021).
Prior to graduation, he worked as a research intern at Microsoft Research and Adobe Research. After graduation, he worked for National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan. In 2018, he started serving as the technical advisor at Arch Inc. and has led research projects, including the storyboarding tool Griffith, as the Principal Investigator of Arch Research.

RYOTARO MIHARA

Global Business Advisor / DPhil (Oxon)

Ryotaro Mihara is a sociocultural anthropologist and an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Economics at Keio University. He acquired his doctoral degree in 2017 from the University of Oxford (Anthropology), and held the position of Lecturer in International Management at SOAS University of London from 2016 to 2019. His research focuses on the globalisation of creative industries, with a special emphasis on Japanese animation.

Before entering academia, he extensively developed his professional career in the creative industries sector as one of the founding members and Deputy Director of the Creative Industries Division of Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and as an overseas cross-cultural business consultant for Japan’s foremost advertising firm and for an Indo–Japanese anime start-up venture.

He joined Arch in 2018 as a global business advisor.

His works include Haruhi in USA: A Case Study of a Japanese Anime in the United States (Tokyo: NTT Publishing, 2010).
