4. Reason of Use for Personal Information
ARCH Inc. gathers and uses personal information from users within the boundaries of the goal listed, and will use the information only for this goal which must be made clear to the user, except when given permission by the user or when it is permitted by law.
ARCH Inc. will make the goals of collecting personal information as clear as possible to the user.

a) For business deals involving ARCH Inc., and to deal with any processes relating to these dealings.

5. Limits of Personal Information
ARCH Inc. will not use the personal information obtained from the user outside of what is needed to achieve goals stated to the user without permission from the user. ARCH Inc. will notify users the goals behind collecting a user's information. However, due to the reasons below, this may not always be the case:
a) If there is a chance that by notifying the user, the user in question or a person of a third party's safety and/or finances will be put in danger.
b) If there is a chance that by notifying the user, ARCH Inc.'s stock price will drop.
c) If it is necessary to assist with a government body and/or a local government and/or someone who has been entrusted with official work related to the law, and it has been determined that informing the user will be an obstacle in completing the legal duty.
d) When the situation in which the information is gathered makes the goal for collecting information clear.
7. Change in Personal Information Collection Goals
ARCH Inc. will not change these goals from the previous version more than is necessary. Users will be informed of any changed goals, and these new goals will be made public.
8. Joint Use
There are points at which ARCH Inc. will share the names, address, email addresses, and other personal information items with related companies when considered necessary in order to complete the goals listed in 4. Information obtained at ARCH Inc. will be handled under the rules of the company, even in the case that the information is shared.
9. Supervision of Entrusted Information
In the case that any and/or all of the personal information held at ARCH Inc. is entrusted to another party, a non-disclosure contract will be formed with the third party, and all steps will be taken to make sure the information is managed and kept safe by the third party. ARCH Inc. will conduct supervision of the third party to make sure this is done.

Excluding in the case of the exceptions listed below, ARCH Inc. will not share a user's information to a third party without the user's knowledge and permission.

2. The data to be shared with a third party.
3. The ways in which the information will be shared with a third party.
4. When sharing a user's information to a third party is stopped due to a request from the user.
11. Revealing Information Relating to a User's Personal Information
ARCH Inc. will reply with as soon as possible in order to inform the user about their personal information related to topics below:
a) Ways personal information will be used (however, anything ARCH Inc. has decided they do not need to reveal under personal information protection laws will be excluded. Users will be informed in the case that ARCH Inc. cannot provide the user with the information they desire).

12. Release of Personal Information
The personal information of a user will be released to the person in question when this person makes a request for its release. However, due to one or more of the circumstances below, part or all of the information may not be able to be released. When the decision to not release the information is made, the user will be informed in a timely manner.
a) If the user in question or a person of a third party's safety and/or finances will be put in danger.
b) If there is a chance that doing so will cause considerable legal problems for ARCH Inc.
c) If there is a chance that doing so will go against other laws.
13. Revisions to Personal Information
ARCH Inc. may change, add, or erase personal information if the person in question requests that we do so due to the information being false. ARCH Inc. shall review the request and comply immediately to change, add, or erase as much personal information as needed in order to complete the task at hand, except if special procedures need to be executed as dictated by law. Once the personal information is altered, the person in question will be informed.
14. Ceasing the Use of Personal Information
ARCH Inc. will immediately conduct an investigation, and will cease using and/or delete user's personal information if it is found if the information is being used outside of the bounds necessary to achieve the goals made clear by the company, or if the information has been collected in an illegal manner. The user will be informed when action has been taken.
15. Safeguarding of Personal Information and Supervision of Employees
ARCH Inc. is very diligent in supervising its employees in order to ensure that personal data is not leaked, damaged, or destroyed. In addition, we will supervise related companies to make sure that they are upholding laws related to the protection of personal information and treating customers' personal information with the utmost care.
